    Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery time: 2-4 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout.

  • Priority Shipping:
    Delivery time: 1-2 business days
    Cost: Calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.


2. Shipping Process

  • Processing Time:
    Once your order is placed, we typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

  • Tracking Information:
    After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside our shipping zones, please contact us for more information about international shipping.


3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Orders (within the United States):

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Orders:
    Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor your package.

    • International shipments may be subject to customs delays, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping Charges:
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, as well as the weight and size of the items in your order.

  • International Shipping Charges:
    For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the status of your order through the carrier’s website.

  • Domestic Orders:
    For domestic shipments, tracking information will be provided for all orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS (depending on the shipping method selected).

  • International Orders:
    For international orders, tracking will be provided where available. Please note that tracking may not be as detailed once the package leaves the U.S., depending on the destination country.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation, but DesignPariz is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered and the tracking shows successful delivery.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible to make changes before your order ships.


8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
